Andrew Rowan

Andrew Rowan is a multimedia journalist at NBC Connecticut (WVIT), where he blends traditional linear storytelling with the creativity of social video. He previously reported for WCPO (Scripps) in Cincinnati and has held internships with NBC News NOW, the MSNBC Social Media team and WCSC in Charleston (Gray Television). His reporting on an interstate bridge fire earned a Continuing Coverage Emmy Award from the Ohio Valley NATAS Chapter. Rowan is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, where he majored in journalism and minored in data science and business institutions.
