Dana Neves is the senior managing vice president at Gray Media, bringing over 25 years of broadcast and digital media expertise to the forefront of the industry. A proud alumna of Elon University, Neves began her career as an intern at WFSB and quickly demonstrated the competitive spirit and innovative vision that would define her professional journey. After refining her craft with a transformative stint at ESPN, she embraced a series of high-impact leadership roles at Gray Media, including news director, regional news director, general manager, SVP of labor relations and regional VP. Today, Neves oversees operations across New England, the Mid-Atlantic and Kansas City while chairing Gray’s cutting-edge Innovation Lab.
